E-Dost we committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application ("E-Dost" or the "App").

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum amount of information required to provide our financial tracking services:

• Phone Number: Required to create and identify your account.
• Optional Bank Data: If you choose to add bank details for invoice generation, we collect:
  • Bank Name
  • IBAN
  • SWIFT Code
• Device Permissions (with user consent):
  • Camera: For profile photo or document capture features.
  • Biometric Authentication (Fingerprint/Face ID): To enable secure access.
  • Contacts: To optionally display or import client/vendor contact names.
  • Audio Recording: For optional voice notes related to transactions.
  • Storage (Read/Write): To save or access reports and receipts.

Note: No personal financial institution credentials or sensitive personal data (e.g., passwords, government IDs) are collected.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide secure login and authentication
• Store and manage your financial records locally and optionally in your cloud backup
• Generate invoices with optional bank details you provide
• Offer biometric security if enabled

We do not share your data with third parties.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not use AdMob or any advertising SDKs. We do not sell or share your data with any external vendors or advertisers.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and authentication mechanisms to protect your data. Biometric data is managed by your device’s operating system (iOS/Android) and is not accessed by E-Dost.

5. Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account:

• Go to the Settings > Support section in the app.
• Fill out and submit the Account Deletion Form.

Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 days of verification.

6. Children’s Privacy

E-Dost is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Users will be notified through the app or via the registered phone number.
